A parameterized R Markdown system that ingests safety outputs (SAS RTF and R-generated files such as PDF/PNG/HTML), converts them to images, and bundles them into a single navigable HTML file for internal medical review (DMC packets ~50 outputs, CSR packages ~400 outputs).
